To provide a better logistics solution for all our customer, W.E.F. from 15th december 08, GE LINES PTE LTD will operate our own commercial cover warehouse located at PASIR PANJANG DISTRIPARK which is only 10 minues away from the singapore port of authority.

We will be having a storage space of 5000sq ft for start, and we have plan by march 09 we will be able to extend to 10000sq ft. With our own warehouse facility, it will enable us to provide our customer TOTAL LOGISTICS SERVICES like storage / pick & pack / devanning / stuffing / distribution / re-work of cargo / labelling etc. And also we will be able to help customer in all fumigation / stamping needs. As we have our AVA certify fumigator to assist us in all fumigation / ISPM STAMPING / fumigation certificate.

As we understand all the different needs of all our shipper / customer, hence we strive to provided / solve all our customer logistics problem.

With effect from 24th JULY 2009, GE LINES PTE LTD is now a member of International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA).

FIATA, a non-governmental organisation, represents today an industry covering approximately 40,000 forwarding and logistics firms, alsoknown as the "Architects of Transport", employing around 8 - 10million people in 150 countries.

FIATA has consultative status with the Economic and Social Council(ECOSOC) of the United Nations (inter alia ECE, ESCAP, ESCWA), theUnited Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), and theUN Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).

It is recognised as representing the freight forwarding industry bymany other governmental organisations, governmental authorities,private international organisations in the field of transport such asthe International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the International AirTransport Association (IATA), the International Union of Railways(UIC), the International Road Transport Union (IRU), the World CustomsOrganization (WCO), the World Trade Organization (WTO), etc.

In summary FIATA is the largest non-governmental organisation in thefield of transportation. Its influence is worldwide.
